Haiku School May Day Celebration

We had a beautiful weekend here in Maui…starting off with my oldest son’s May Day celebration at school (more on that to come!).

Then Saturday we hung out as a family, ran errands and I took some time out to write for an upcoming article in A Maui Blog. If you’ve never checked it out, I definitely recommend it for all of you Hawaii lovin’ folks!

Yesterday was a great day for the waves so in the afternoon we hit up the South shore and enjoyed our fave beach: Wailea Beach. Out of all the times we’ve gone to the beach this was by far our best time as a family yet. Greg and the boys rode their body boards, I did some swimming and beach walking and we all just played together and had fun! That night we got to catch up with some friends (new and old) and just spend some time seeking God together.

It was most certainly a Happy Aloha Weekend. And hey, if you’re on island tonight there will be a fun gathering: Haiku School’s Art & Talent Night. Our oldest son was selected to perform his talent…beat boxing! So we’re all in for a treat 🙂

xoxo,

Gypsy
